Weight loss diets can leave you “weighing” less but only because of substantial water loss and not actual fat loss. We bring our InBody 570 to your facility. We scan every participant and then interpret the data so everyone has a clear understanding of their body composition and their baseline for the Challenge. We'll come back in a pre-determined amount of time, typically 3 weeks to 3 months, to re-measure everyone to see what positive changes have been made. For those that want to make this a contest, we can provide a calculation that will allow you to rank participants by the amount of fat lost and muscle mass gained.
The Game Changer
The InBody 570 Body Composition Analyzer is the latest in state-of-the-art “fitness” technology. It is a medical grade body scanning device that quickly tells you how much muscle and fat mass you have, your body fat %, calorie burn rate, hydration levels, and several other health related measurements. It does all this in less than 1 minute, and all you have to do is take your shoes off and stand on it….amazing!
All of this information is essential to completely understanding your overall heath as it relates to weight and body composition as traditional methodology for assessing health, such as BMI, can be very misleading.
How It Works
We will initially record each participant's baseline body scan using our InBody 570 machine. This measures body fat %, basal metabolic rate (critical for meal planning), hydration rate, and lean body mass. We'll interpret the data, which serves as a guide for your training efforts and nutrition plan. From there you can start on your own program, or choose to work with any partner to receive weekly fitness and nutritional support as you progress. Learning how to achieve your goals effectively and correctly is the objective of these challenges. It is important to get a baseline to develop a program for goal-setting. The InBody 570 will also track your progress by creating a history of readings to record how much muscle has been gained, and how much fat has been lost.

The Positive Change Challenge, which can be held multiple times throughout the year, offers expert support and superior motivation to help you kickstart your fitness goals! You can form teams or participate individually. Once the Positive Change Challenge is over, everybody gets another scan, and we look for improvement, primarily in the form of increased muscle mass and/or decreased body fat percentage.
